Regular & Extended Licenses
Confused about the difference between regular and extended licenses? This section explains the differences.
1. What is a Regular License?
A Regular License allows you to use our plugin on one website. That website can be your own or one that you’re developing on behalf of a client.
2. What is an Extended License?
An Extended License grants you as a purchaser a non-exclusive license to make use of our plugin. You will need this license if your users need to pay to see the end product.
3. I am planning on integrating your plugin in a theme. What license do I need?
If you’re selling the theme, then you’ll need to purchase an Extended License.
4. How many licenses do I need?
The Regular and Extended License are to be used once per product. If you purchase an Extended License, it is limited to a single end product as well, however you can sell that product.

Yes. We provide support for both our free and premium versions of WooCommerce plugins.
2. What support do you provide for free plugins?
Our free plugins can be found on the WordPress repository. Head to the plugin’s page and find the “View support forum” link to visit the plugin’s individual support forum.
3. What support do you provide for premium plugins?
We have a dedicated support portal for our premium plugins. If you’ve purchased a plugin from CodeCanyon, this is the channel we provide support through.
4. How long does support last?
For free versions of our plugin, support is provided indefinetly. For premium versions purchased via CodeCanyon, support is provided for 6 months with options to extend.
4. My support has expired on a premium plugin. What do I do?
If you’re support has expired, you can renew through the plugin page on CodeCanyon where you made the purchase.

1. Can I keep a test site and a live site with one license?
According to the licensing rules set by Envato, this is not allowed. If our plugin is installed in two places permanently, then it requires two licenses.
2. Do I need to buy a new license for a subdomain?
If you are going to use the item on one domain or multiple subdomains, you only require one Regular Licence. However, if you are going to use the item on multiple domains, then you will need to purchase a Regular Licence for each domain.
3. How can I suggest a plugin feature?
We’re looking at building in a feature request section, however in the meantime you’re more than welcome to contact us with your feedback and suggestions.
